Saxon Early Learning
The Saxon Early Learning program has been adopted to provide a comprehensive curriculum with highly motivating activities. This program builds a strong foundation for early literacy skills with activities that build phonemic awareness while introducing children to the relationship between letters and sounds. The Classical Methodology which our school follows, is introduced at this stage through strong memorization skills, as well as oral language development. As the year evolves, the students will learn about themselves, discover their community, and explore the world around them.
Essentials Bible Curriculum
The Essentials Bible program will introduce students to weekly themes in which selected Bible stories will be taught. The curriculum will encompass Science, Math, and Social Studies, as well as the Biblical knowledge. Each theme will provide measurable objectives, theological concepts, and memory verses for every quarter. Social emotional skills will also be addressed which are foundational for the preschooler to function in our complex culture. It is critical for each child to develop morally and emotionally. These readiness skills are needed in order to provide an easy transition into the class of Kindergarten.
